Want to try out a truly dynamic, refreshing, revitalizing way
to get fit and lose weight?


PraiseWalking is your solution.
An easy combination of solid nutrition, gentle walking,
and meditation exercises that will make you feel like a new woman!





A PraiseWalking group of 6-10 people meets 2x a week for 8 weeks. We walk together, talk together, learn together, and share our experiences on the journey to getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle.

When it's all over you can either apply the tools you've learned to your own fitness routine, or continue with us indefinitely on a "drop in" basis for just $10/month for as many classes as you like.

My Night Out
Mondays and Thursdays
6:45-8:00pm

Details:

  • Each class meets 2x/week for 8 weeks.


  • The class opens with some general instruction, and then we walk for approx 40 minutes (depending on the pace set by the class)


  • The total cost is $90 if you register 10 days or more before class begins.
    From 10 days before and onward, the cost goes up to $125


  • Bring a friend and you EACH get 20% off the price.



  • The cost includes a high-quality technical t-shirt, a pedometer, and each week's printed handouts with links, further resources, and reference material.





Next available classes start:

  • Walking With Wee Ones: Monday, May 17 - July 15, 2010.
    (Early-bird sign-up deadline is May 7)
    This class is limited to 6 parents. Must have a minimum of 3 parents to run



  • My Night Out: Monday, May 31 - July 29, 2010
    (Early-bird sign-up deadline is May 21)
    This class is limited to 10 adults. Must have a minimum of 6 to run

  • We will meet at the Scenic Acres Community Centre, Calgary, regardless of the weather



In anticipation of your class, PLEASE DO NOT BUY SHOES.
Please just wear whatever you have that's comfortable.
We'll talk about shoes in the class and I'll give you the information you need
to make a wise purchase if necessary.
